I am looking for a business with $3-15 million in sales and profit of $750,000 to $3,000,000 (including owner’s salary) every year for the past 3 years. I am a values driven individual looking to serve the legacy of the founder and interests of the employees. As such, the owner must be interested in maintaining the company's culture and values through a smooth transition.

The business I buy will not be part of a portfolio of companies. I will move to the location of the business and dedicate 100% of my time and energy to managing its day-to-day operations.
